Kim Bradle, E-RYT, YACEP, Herbal Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, lifelong student. I have been studying, practicing and facilitating embodiment, mindfulness, meditation, ritual and energetics for over 25 years. In the past decade I have incorporated daily plant wisdom into my life and continue to study herbalism.
Having navigated many personal challenges, I have experienced the transformative power of these ancient wisdom practices and plant medicine and love to share with others. I offer compassionate space and I am skilled at supporting others in accessing their inherent wisdom and embodying their authenticity and power.

I have over thirty years of experience in the social work field and this informs and shapes my world view and daily life. I have worked with children and families, teens, adults and community groups. I have worked in community, in outpatient and partial care settings and with a variety of practitioners and community organizations. I have connected with the most amazing people, witnessed injustice and harm, and also the healing that can occur. I know that wisdom and resilience are available to everyone, when provided the correct environment, support and tools to remember the truth of who they are.
My first teachers were not asana practitioners or Yoga teachers, they were Thich Nhat Hanh and the Dalai Lama, both of whom share a world view and philosophy that deeply resonates with me and has informed how I practice and share the Yoga teachings. I fell in love with Yoga during some profound experiences with Kripalu and Ashtanga practices, and at a time when I felt burned out and lost. I completed my first Yoga teacher training in 2001, in the Sivananda lineage. The Yoga Life Society sangha was formed shortly after and I was blessed to be connected with a direct disciple of Swami Satchidananda, the founder of Integral Yoga. I immersed myself in the philosophical teachings offered by Reverend Jaganath Carrera, at our weekly satsangs for over a decade. My practice and learning has been deeply informed by so many, not least of whom are the beautiful humans I have been able to facilitate and share the teachings with over the past 25 years.
I continue to study various aspects of this vast science and art. I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a teacher and a Continuing Education Provider

I have been deeply connected to the natural world my whole life. As an adult I've moved a lot, and everywhere I land, I plant seeds and cultivate a garden. It is imperative for my well-being that I am in relationship with the plants and beings outside my door. I had the privilege of being able to study herbalism with Katie Ryan in an 8-month immersion, Herbal Safety certification from Chestnut School of Herbs and completed Herbal Toolkit for End of Life with Emily Ruff at Sage Mountain, Herbal Toolkit for End of Life. Aside from the garden, my kitchen is my happy place, where I have spent 100's of hours crafting all sorts of herbal elixirs, tinctures, oils and teas and cultivating relationship with the plants in the process.
Coming soon.... in the meantime reach out to me directly for a list of my herbal products to be sent via email.

I began my yoga practice with Kim three years ago. It is a beautiful inward and outward journey. Both physically and spiritually I have learned to exercise with a discipline and mindfulness that encourages my heart’s calm and spirit’s serenity...
My practice has blossomed as mine – unique to me...I’ve discovered regular sources of inspiration as Kim has shared her deep knowledge of both traditional and modern yoga teachings...I benefit daily from the physical strength and the spiritual growth that I have gained. And I am sure my world has benefited from my improved ability to love and express that love as I go through the world.
“Every step is a miracle. “ - Thich Nhat Hanh.
And I am grateful for each breath, each step. I feel so much more alive than I ever had. And I look forward to all the steps ahead.
Practicing yoga with Kim has changed my life. Last year I had spinal fusion surgery, and after seeing several pain management doctors, couldn’t find much relief. I'd never tried yoga, and wasn’t very flexible when I started working with Kim. Kim is patient and kind and showed me how to be more conscious, present and relaxed. I'm mostly pain-free. Kim has helped me create a practice that consciously coordinates yoga, breathing and meditation to help me move through life with less stress. Kim taught me how to breathe again.
Kim has been working with me for over a year. She has taught me patience with my practice. We have worked at my speed to become a more spiritual person. I have lived in constant pain for the last six years and Kim has taught me yoga moves that have helped me eliminate most of my physical pain. Her meditation practice has given me peace in a turbulent time in my life. I am very grateful for Kim Bradle and her Yoga and Meditation practice. I have grown more since I started working with Kim than in any other time in my life.
